Sferaa is run by Marta Wasko. The name comes from sfera — sphere — and the two A’s stand for Always Answered, which is the entire promise.

We serve plumbing, garage-door, and HVAC companies that live and die by the phone. For those businesses, a missed call isn’t a small thing — it’s an emergency job that went to whoever picked up next.

So that’s what we build: a 24/7 AI receptionist that answers every call, books jobs straight onto your calendar, and texts back anyone it somehow misses — wrapped in the website, follow-up, and review system that keeps the phone ringing in the first place.
