Sferaa (“we,” “us”) operates sferaa.com and provides AI-powered receptionist and communication services to businesses. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you fill out a form, call us, or text us, we may collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, and the content of your messages or calls. Calls handled by our AI receptionist may be recorded and transcribed for quality and service delivery; callers are notified at the start of the call. We also collect basic website analytics (pages visited, device type).

How we use it

To respond to your inquiries, provide and improve our services, schedule appointments, send service communications you’ve requested, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

SMS / text messaging

By submitting a form with the SMS consent checkbox checked, or by texting us first, you consent to receive text messages from Sferaa. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

No third-party sharing of SMS consent

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties, and mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Data may be shared with subcontractors only for support services directly related to delivering the messaging service (such as our communications platform provider).

Data retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and protect it with commercially reasonable safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing marta@sferaa.com. Residents of certain states may have additional rights under applicable law.
